Michael J. Lotito, 76, an innovator with unmatched knowledge in the specialized field of labor law, peacefully passed away on Dec. 19, 2024.

Born in Carbondale, Pennsylvania Michael was adopted by Dominic and Margret Lotito and raised in Levittown, New York. Villanova was Michael’s almamater for both undergrad and Law School.(1974) He began his career at Jackson Lewis, a major Labor and Employment law firm in 1976.
In 1982 Michael moved to San Francisco, CA, where he met and married Luanne R. McMaster in 1985. He became an instant father to her 8 years old daughter, Kelly. They resided in San Rafael for 30 years.

Michael had a passion for education and served as the first President on the Board of Regents for Marin Catholic High School.
In 2012, he joined Littler, a top Labor and Employment law firm and served on the board of directors.
